The United Way of Hudson County began in 1936 as a provider of support for veterans and students. We provide after-school programs, education, income programs, and so much more. It’s our goal to provide housing units to those that need them the most.

Our focus is on the following:
- Advocating for resources to help people with special needs.
- Organizing the non-profit sector into a community resource bank
- Joining a nationwide alliance to end homelessness.
